During my career at PwC, feeling a bit stuck, I was lucky to receive mentoring from one of the partners. It made me realise a few things:

  • It’s about challenging long-held beliefs about yourself. 

  • It takes work.

  • Getting the right support is really (really) important.

Since then, I’ve coached and mentored many people. I love seeing the growth in confidence, the lightness and relief of realising what they’re truly capable of.
