Challenge your thinking

The most successful leaders I see are those who constantly question their own approaches, seek new perspectives and welcome fresh ideas to apply to their roles and their organisations.

In my speaking engagements, I focus on the current issues that real leaders experience in modern workplaces. Driven by a deep curiosity about how we work and lead, I draw on insights from current business conversations - whether in blogs, books, or podcasts - and bring these ideas into my speaking engagements. My goal is to inform, educate and most importantly, challenge your thinking on how your organisation views leadership and expand what your people believe they’re capable of.

I’m an experienced, accredited executive coach and leadership development consultant who works with professional services organisations to help them leverage the potential of their leaders.

I have a passion for guiding individuals in unlocking their full potential and fostering effective leadership within organisations. My talks blend lessons learned from my own experience of building a career in a complex organisation with the latest thinking on management and leadership. My insights reflect the realities of leading in the 21st century, bringing new thinking to senior professionals seeking clarity amid today’s unpredictability. Your audience will gain fresh perspectives on themselves and their leadership style, fostering both personal and organisational growth.

As the former Director of the People and Culture Risk at PwC, I advised finance, internal audit, and compliance teams on enhancing their capabilities and cultures. As a chartered accountant and Deputy Chair of a leading social care organisation in Sussex, I also bring a diverse and rich background to my speaking engagements.

Helen was the standout speaker of our event - a true highlight across the entire two-day programme. One delegate even told me her session was the best of the whole event.
She brought a rare combination of deep expertise, polished delivery, and genuine warmth. Her session on Women in Accounting for International Women’s Week was not only insightful but also incredibly empowering. She tackled important topics like confidence, ambition, and leadership development for women with clarity and authenticity.
Helen is exceptionally experienced, presents beautifully, and connects with her audience on a personal level. She knows her stuff - and she’s also an absolute dream to work with behind the scenes.
We would welcome her back in a heartbeat.
