I am an experienced development professional and coach, with a passion for seeing individuals flourish and grow in confidence. I believe that everyone has the ambition, intention and potential to grow professionally and personally, but sometimes just needs a bit of “unsticking”
For lasting impact, this “unsticking” is best done in a curious, appreciative and down-to-earth approach.
My experience and qualifications
I have nearly twenty years experience as a coach and learning and development specialist and set up Helen Tuddenham Consulting to get back to my roots of working with individuals, teams and organisations on their front lines.
Prior to this I held a number of senior learning and development roles in PwC. Most recently I was Director of the client facing Learning and Behaviours team, working with organisations in both the public and private sector to improve capability and culture in their teams.
I am an accredited Practitioner coach with the Association of Executive Coaching and am a member of the International Coaching Federation. I'm also qualified to use both MBTI and TotalSDI psychometric tools.
Whether its one-one-one coaching or an organisation-wide leadership development programme, my vision is for everyone I work with to:
