I set up Helen Tuddenham Consulting to do more of what I get thrilled about - working with individuals and small groups, seeing people grow and develop in confidence.
I coach professionals in business at all levels, on a range of career progression, influence, impact and confidence issues. My clients predominantly come from the professional services, compliance, finance, HR, law and engineering sectors.
Through nearly twenty-five years professional services experience, I understand the nuances of building a career in a complex organisation. In my previous role as the Director of the People and Culture Risk team at PwC, I worked with businesses in both the public and private sector to improve capability and culture in their organisation.
I am an accredited Practitioner coach with the Association of Executive Coaching and am a member of the International Coaching Federation. I'm also qualified to use both MBTI and TotalSDI psychometric tools.
Whether its one-one-one coaching or an organisation-wide leadership development programme, my vision is for everyone I work with to:
